Job Description
Our client is a US 121 domestic flag and supplemental airline flying the Airbus A320 family aircraft. The company flies as an ACMI and wet-lease charter airline serving the US, Caribbean, and Latin American markets.


They are currently recruiting for a First Officer job.


What Is In It For You


Salary: Highly competitive salary, including per diem


Position Type: Permanent - Full-time

Location: Pilot to designate (subject to company approval) one primary commercial airport and one alternate airport within the 48 contiguous United States, including the District of Columbia).


A Day In The Life of a First Officer


The position you are applying for is responsible for the safety and timely operations of aircraft. You will be the leader who focuses not only on safety but on teamwork and possesses a “we before me” mindset, successfully creating a practical and humble one-crew experience that achieves exceptional results. You will not only understand the value of our customers but strive to build customer loyalty and trust by communicating directly and authentically with care, kindness, and respect.


Essential Duties Of The First Officers


  • Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and the safety of crew and passengers.
  • Demonstrate safety ownership in every aspect of their responsibilities, performance, and behavior to ensure the successful outcome of every flight.
  • Utilization of all tools and aids designed to provide maximum safety in the air and on the ground.
  • Responsible for the airworthiness of the aircraft, weather factors affecting the flight, flight regulations, and air traffic control procedures.


Skills And Qualifications


  • Airbus 320 Type rating preferred
  • FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • Ability to maintain a valid passport
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
  • FAA Airmen Certificate
  • Ability to travel unrestricted to and from the United States
  • Must have a minimum of 1500 hours of total time
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator’s permit
