Job Description

Wolfpack Financial Group is a leading financial planning firm specializing in holistic financial solutions, including wills, trusts, estate planning, business planning, life insurance, mutual funds, 401k, and investment advisory services. We are seeking a dedicated Fiduciary Financial Associate to join our team and provide comprehensive financial planning services to our valued clients. We are open to training someone with no experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate clients on various investment options, retirement plans, and insurance policies, helping them make informed decisions to secure their financial future.
  • Provide holistic financial planning services, including wills, trusts, estate planning, business planning, life insurance, mutual funds, 401k, and investment advisory solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, new financial products, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Serve as a trusted fiduciary financial advisor, offering expert guidance and advice to clients on all aspects of their financial well-being.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to their financial success and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and current financial situations to develop customized and comprehensive financial plans.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop long-term strategies to achieve their financial objectives and address potential challenges or changes in their circumstances.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of financial plans and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of current market trends, tax regulations, and financial products to deliver up-to-date and relevant advice to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Licenses: Holds or is willing to obtain relevant licenses, including Series 6, Series 65, and a Life insurance & Health Insurance license, to comply with regulatory requirements and provide comprehensive financial services. (Life Licenses Reimbursed)
  • Coachability: Demonstrates a willingness to learn, adapt, and apply feedback to enhance performance and professional growth. Coachability is the ability to receive constructive criticism, embrace new ideas, and actively seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Zoom Etiquette: Understands Zoom & is willing to learn Zoom etiquette, has business professional attire, laptop with i5 processor or above.
  • Trustworthiness: Possesses a track record of being dependable, reliable, and responsible in handling sensitive financial matters. Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to building and maintaining trust with clients.
  • Clean Background: Ability to pass a background screening; No felonies, No DUIs, No misdemeanors, No money-related crimes or violent crimes.
  • Integrity: Upholds high ethical standards, honesty, and transparency in all interactions. Demonstrates trustworthiness and reliability, ensuring client confidentiality and prioritizing their best interests.

  • Business experience: Previous experience in the business sector provides insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by entrepreneurs and business owners, enabling effective financial planning.
  • Customer service experience: Experience in delivering exceptional customer service fosters strong client relationships, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Sales experience: Previous sales experience helps in effectively communicating financial solutions, identifying client needs, and building lasting relationships.
  • Teaching experience: Former teachers bring strong communication skills, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and a passion for educating others.

Compensation:

  • The compensation for the Fiduciary Financial Advisor position ranges from $98,000 to $152,000 per year (10-99 contractors) , depending on experience, performance, and business development.
