Financial Operations Project Manager ($80,000 - $100,000 per year)


LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Financial Operations Project Manager for our client in the restaurant industry. This role will be responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis, driving strategic projects, and supporting the growth of a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with at least 3 years of financial analysis and project management experience, as well as working knowledge with Power BI and CRM’s.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A proactive and continuous improvement mindset, staying informed on industry trends and best practices, and identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost-saving initiatives
  • Experience working in the quick-service restaurant industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry-specific financial dynamics, supply chain management, and the regulatory environment
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT and experience in creating effective prompts to achieve desired results in data analysis or business process automation
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel, as well as project management software and other relevant applications
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software (ideally HubSpot), or other relevant business management tools
  • Experience in financial analysis, project management, or a related role, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial concepts and project management methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey financial information and project updates clearly and concisely to various stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create interactive dashboards and reports for enhanced decision-making
  • Demonstrated leadership potential, with a track record of mentoring and guiding team members, and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment
  • Very strong organizational, time-management, and attention to detail skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines



Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, operations, and other relevant departments, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, communicating project updates, financial insights, and addressing any concerns that may arise.
  • Analyze financial data and develop insightful reports to support decision-making processes, strategic planning, and the identification of cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage and oversee projects related to financial operations, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of project objectives.
  • Implement and refine financial processes, systems, and controls to optimize operational efficiency, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and facilitate process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and contingency planning.
  • Provide financial expertise and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and cultivating strong leadership skills for future advancement.
