Financial Manager DarkStar Intelligence is actively seeking a financial manager to providence and recommendations for all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution cycle for a fast-paced and dynamic education center of a government client in Quantico, VA. Responsibilities
Provide guidance and recommendations for all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) cycle. Participate in PPBE-related problem-solving and develop plans, such as forecasts and schedules, based on the approved budget, to meet project requirements for several major program components. Assist schoolhouse and government budget leaders with validating resource requirements for funding. Assist government budget leaders in activities related to validating requirements set forth in the Intelligence Program Budget Submission (IPBS), the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB), the MIP Integrated Program Budget Review (IPBR), the Congressional Justification Book (CJB), and annual budget spend plans. Monitor actual cost and execution performance against budget and schedule forecasts, prepare financial reports, and conduct financial analysis to ensure contractual cost obligations are met.
Requirements
Associate’s degree or higher in Business or Finance. At least five years of experience in Financial Management. Sound working knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. Expert user of Microsoft Excel. US government clearance: Current Top Secret/SCI + CI Poly (preferred)
