Financial Controller Jobs

Overview:

Rosner Resources is currently working with a company that is seeking a Financial Controller. Responsibilities for this role will include oversight for monthly and quarterly preparation of financial data, and directly reporting results to senior-level management. Other duties include detailed analysis of financial data to support strategic forecasting and budget preparation. This person will also be responsible for navigating high levels of growth within a complex and multi-faceted business, while integrating systems & people.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

-Minimum 6+ years prior experience providing leadership in financial reporting & analysis

-Industry experience that includes Manufacturing and Retail

-Advanced prior accounting software systems knowledge within a large corporate environment

-Advanced MS Excel

-Strong communication skills; the ability to convey information written and verbal at all organizational levels

-Ability to create and deliver solutions within a rapidly changing financial setting

Education Requirements:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required

-MBA or CPA is preferred
