Position Summary:


The Field Vice President, Corporate Accounts-HME is responsible for growing profitable sales on a national scale within medium to large-scale customers in the Home Medical Equipment market. Included in these responsibilities are the development of business plans to build current and new customer relationships to support the sales and profitability objectives of the Segment. The ideal leader will also work collaboratively with other sales teams and internal support resources to drive the business forward in a team selling environment. This leader will lead a team of Corporate Accounts Directors, providing work direction, guidance, and mentorship.


Key Responsibilities:


Attain sales, gross profit, collections, and Delivered Profit objectives for defined set of HME customers. Provide thought leadership, vision, support, and oversight to Corporate Accounts team, based across the country. Lead, coach, develop and grow a team of 8 Corporate Account Directors. Collaborate with Segment Vice President, Region Managers, and internal resources to reach financial and non-financial segment goals. Responsible for working cross functionally with legal, marketing, sales support, pricing, McKesson Brand, Category Management, accounts receivable, customer systems and operational teams to effectively deliver the McKesson value proposition while maintaining profitability and corporate compliance. Understand the emerging trends within the Extended Care and HME industry. Responsible for managing the teams’ sales funnel and on-boarding of new business. Take ownership of customer profitability. Leverage sales reporting tools and management of these tools. Build key executive relationships with regional and national customers and vendors in order to enhance growth.


Minimum Job Qualifications:


Education/Training – Minimum 4-year college degree.


Business Experience – Minimum 2 years in sales leadership. Successful experience calling on large complex customers


Specialized Knowledge/Skills – Knowledge of and insight into the HME industry, selling processes, legal processes, and finance. Must possess high level communication skills, verbal and written. Strong collaboration skills required. Strategic thinking skills and strong planning and execution skills a must.


Working Conditions:


Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) – Prefer candidate to be based in major metro market. Potentially can work out of office in home or office at McKesson location. 50-75% travel.

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.


Our Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range for this position:


$165,900 - $276,500


Total Target Cash (TTC) is defined as base pay plus target incentive.
