Job Description
Field Service Technician Mechanic Pay: $28.50 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, company provided service truck. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm with some variability due to customer needs Location: Hudson, Wisconsin The Field Service Technician Mechanic is responsible for servicing and repairing the extensive line of compact construction, forestry and grounds maintenance equipment which we represent. Success in this position is heavily dependent upon strong mechanical and problem solving skills and the ability to work independently with little supervision. Duties and Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair equipment as needed Perform required preventive maintenance Communicate job progress to service manager Inspect and test equipment when work completed Obtain or order parts needed for repairs Check work orders for complete and accurate descriptions of work performed and proper parts and labor is accounted for Work safely and independently with little supervision Maintain company safety standards Willing to participate in all training programs, including limited out of state training and keep current on new equipment updates Requirements: Previous experience as a mechanic in diesel engine repair and service Complete set of tools Experience with hydraulic/hydrostatic systems and electrical systems and troubleshooting High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with DOT health card or ability to obtain one Experience operating a Bobcat or similar compact construction equipment Strong computer skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good time management skills with the ability to complete work as scheduled Ability to pass a background check and 4-panel drug test Tri-State Bobcat is an Equal Opportunity Employer Job Posted by ApplicantPro
