Job Description

We are currently seeking a Family Law Attorney to join our client in Austin & Dallas, Texas on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in family law and can provide legal representation and advice to our clients on various family law matters.


This is a full-time role with a market-competitive base salary!


Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate settlements.
  • Offer guidance and support to clients throughout the legal process.
  • Analyze and research legal issues and develop legal strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in family law and relevant case law.
  • Prepare legal documents including pleadings, orders, and motions.
  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients on family law matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, adoption, and prenuptial agreements.
  • Maintain client files and records.


Requirements:

  • Must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Experience practicing family law.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of family law and the legal process.
  • Proficiency with Office Suite.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Texas.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
