Pay Rate

The pay rate for this job is $17 / Hour

What You'll Be Doing As a Factory Worker

• Communicating with team members and leadership to improve processes
• Monitoring the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment
• Strictly adhering to safety guidelines throughout the facility
• Being a reliable team member with prompt attendance and excellent performance
• Keeping the worksite clean to avoid hazards from chemicals and fragile products
• Performing all processes in accordance with all Standard Operating Procedures, including the operation of mixing, bagging, spray drying, fluid bed drying and powered lift equipment

Available Shifts

Shift timings - 1st Shift Day & 3rd Shift Night

Job Requirements

Must Have :

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to wear a full-face respirator (in some designated areas)
• Ability to lift 50-55 lbs. repeatedly
• Must past post-offer physical and drug screen as well as continual random drug screening

Preferred

• Ability to work any shift

Bonus 

• Experience in feed, grain or supplement processing or manufacturing
• Physical (after the job offer is taken)
• Background check and Drug test required
