Facilities Maintenance Jobs

The mission for this position is to prioritize, oversee and perform construction duties on offices and production plants in addition to maintenance and repairs on office, production, and storage buildings.

Responsibilities

• Lay concrete when needed.
• Perform maintenance on site systems such as, HVAC, well water, and septic/waste water.
• Organize, prioritize, and execute and/or oversee all facility maintenance needs on multiple venues.
• Lead other team members and outside contractors from initiation to completion of projects.
• Use excavation and heavy equipment when required.
• Weld and fabricate as required
• Perform maintenance in areas such as walls, floors, ceilings, doors.
• Oversee a team or work independently on all facilities upkeep and construction.

Qualifications

• Basic carpentry skills
• Basic plumbing skills
• Forklift certified or able to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry for 50 feet is required.
• 2 years' experience in the construction industry
• Must have basic hand tools to use on jobsite.
• Valid driver's license, along with reliable transportation
• Pole and steel building erection, framing
• Metal siding and roofing
• Able to use basic construction tools (i.e. skill saw, etc)
• General contracting experience
