Experienced Table Games Dealer -Pocola Resort

Pay Rate: $6.00 an hour + Tips (Average Tips 33.00 an hour)

Days and Shift - Varies

Primary Tasks :

You will review and communicate table game activities with supervisors and managers.

You will answer customer or public inquiries regarding general gaming procedures, payouts, and etc.

You will clean work areas as designated by management

You will need to verify identification of customers when needed.

You will need to sign and date all paperwork

You will Provide exceptional customer service to guests.

You will assist with other tasks as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

MINIMUM

• Apply basic math (arithmetic, ratios, proportions, or conversions)
• 1+ years of experience handling large volumes of cash preferred
• Prior experience in direct customer contact
• Must be highly customer-focused and maintain a positive atmosphere and informative.
• Apply oral or written communication techniques
