Vanguard Skin Specialists is a growing multi-specialty practice with eight locations throughout southern Colorado. We are seeking an experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Work in a collegial environment in breathtaking Colorado. Compensation and Benefits

• 5 weeks paid time off. Plus, paid illness leave, childbirth leave, bonding leave
• Medical, vision, dental
• Dues, fees, CME budget
• Annual productivity bonus. Combining base and bonus, median compensation for Vanguard’s experienced PAs and NPs is $200,000+ per year.
• 401K
• Base salary range from $120,000 to $160,000 depending on schedule and experience.

Candidates must have at least 4 years clinical experience, with at least 3 years full-time experience practicing dermatology under the supervision of a board-certified dermatologist.

Candidates without the required experience will not be considered.

Physical Working Conditions

• Communicate accurately, effectively and frequently both verbally and in written format.
• Able to sit, stand, and perform duties for >10 hour stretches of time.
• Able to identify color on a computer.
• Meet all physical and cognitive requirements to practice medicine in an office setting.
• Proficiency with electronic health records.
