Job Description

Average Pay: 47.31/hour | Part-Time positions available | Multiple shifts available

Primary Tasks:

  • You will analyze customer play, cheating scams, and unusual or suspicious variations of play.
  • You will review and communicate table game activities with supervisors and managers.
  • You will answer customer or public inquiries regarding general gaming procedures, payouts.
  • You will clean work area as designated by management
  • You will verify identification of customers when needed.
  • Use computers to enter, access, or retrieve data.
  • Keep accurate records of monetary exchanges, authorization forms, and transaction reconciliations.
  • Sign and date all paperwork.
  • Other tasks may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Apply basic math (arithmetic, ratios, proportions, or conversions)
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • 1+ years of prior experience in direct customer contact and experience handling large volumes of cash
  • Must be customer-focused and maintain a positive atmosphere and be informative.
