Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes to move earth and other materials. The Excavator Operator must have a strong understanding of safety protocols and be able to work in all types of weather conditions. The ideal candidate will also have experience with GPS systems and be able to read blueprints and maps.
Responsibilities:
  • Understand and follow safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maneuver the excavator around obstacles and confined spaces.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the excavator, such as checking fluid levels and lubricating parts.
  • Operate excavators to dig trenches, move materials, and grade surfaces.
  • Operate the excavator with precision and accuracy.
  • Load and unload materials from the excavator.
