Event Staff Jobs

Nick's Catering and Events is one of the premier catering event companies in the Philadelphia region. We coordinate and cater all types of events for all walks of life from weddings to corporate events to backstage catering for major concerts that tour through the area. We are looking to add additional service staff to the team as we come into a very busy season for us. Pay for events range depending on the type of event it is. Tips are additional to rate of pay and that rate varies based on the event.
Resposbilities at events include but are not limited to the following:

• Setting up tables, chairs, buffet lines, and other equipment and supplies
• Communicating with guests about special dietary requests
• Bringing them the correct drinks and dishes and refilling their beverages as needed
• Greeting guests and taking their orders
• Assisting the kitchen and service staff as needed to maintain food quality, presentation, and timing
• Clearing tables and breaking down the event area
• Event breakdown
