Job Description
This locally-owned firm wants to expand its event team to meet client demand immediately. The Event Assistant will join a group of career-driven and socially conscious individuals looking to make a difference in their community while establishing a career in business or marketing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, a desire to grow with a company, and a love of working with people.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Attend daily client and campaign meetings to proactively stay up-to-date on the latest market offerings, trends, and innovation
  • Inventory management
  • Assist with training new associates as needed
  • Cross-train in multiple areas including event management, marketing and sales strategies, business operations, client management, and event coordination.
  • Execute short presentations on our client's mission and answer any customer questions questions


Requirements:

  • Desire to train and develop others
  • Self-starter that is motivated by results
  • Professional demeanor emphasizing honesty and respect
  • MUST BE LOCAL AND ABLE TO START WITHIN 2 WEEKS
