We are looking for driven individuals with excellent customer service, sales, and people skills! We’re looking to grow our events team this month in order to keep up with the increasing demand for our on-site marketing services.


2023 is bringing a wave of new venues and opportunities our way, so we’re looking to get 6 people started in an entry-level marketing and sales position as soon as possible.

As an Events Assistant, you will be:

  • Build sustainable, long-term relationships through open and interactive communication
  • Ensure the potential donor has a full understanding and description of our client's services and products
  • Attend daily workshops- in groups or independently
  • Help troubleshoot and eliminate any problems that may arise to ensure the customer has an enjoyable experience
  • You will assist the customer with a walkthrough of the donation process and ensure each donation has been processed successfully
  • Follow Customer Service procedures and guidelines
  • Setting up branded events across the Chicago region and management of small-scale events daily
  • Updating Customer Information where necessary
  • Raising awareness of our client's causes through face-to-face interactions and presentations with members of the public
