Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work directly with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Estimating, budgeting and take-offs
  • Manage project budget
  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle
  • Train administrative personnel to assist in the bidding process


Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Industry knowledge for both General Construction and Civil
  • Strong organizational and management skills
