As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional skincare and beauty services to our valued clients. Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, laser hair removal, and other beauty services.
Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, identify specific concerns, and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Customize skincare treatments to address individual client needs, taking into account their skin type, conditions, and preferences.
Provide expert advice on skincare regimens, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, sterilize equipment, and adhere to strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
Keep up-to-date with the latest skincare trends, technologies, and industry developments to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering personalized services, addressing client questions and concerns, and offering exceptional customer care.
Promote and sell skincare products and additional services to clients, utilizing your expertise to recommend suitable products for their needs.
Collaborate with the team to achieve revenue targets, contribute to marketing initiatives, and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license/certification from an accredited institution.
Proven experience working as an Esthetician, preferably in a reputable spa, salon, or skincare clinic.
In-depth knowledge of skincare treatments, facial techniques, and various skin conditions.
Proficiency in using skincare equipment and tools.
Strong understanding of skincare product ingredients, their benefits, and contraindications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their unique needs.
Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
Attention to detail and the ability to provide precise and meticulous treatments.
Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
