Job Description
  • Candidates will deliver course content in a blended learning format including three virtual sessions per course.
  • Current child abuse, criminal history and FBI fingerprinting clearances required.
  • Candidates should have strong problem solving and diagnostic skills, be a self-starter, be highly motivated, need little direction, and have demonstrated proficiency and experience in the skills mentioned above. All applicants must have the ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • At least 5 years teaching K-12 English Learners required
  • The ideal candidate will provide leadership and expertise for the teaching of the ESL Program Specialist Certification program of study.
  • 10 – 17 participants - $2,550
  • PA Instructional Certificate required
  • ESL Program Specialist Certification required
  • The program course of study will include instruction in the following content areas: Language Acquisition, Cultural Diversity in the Classroom, Instructional Materials, Assessment and Support for English Learners and Field Experience.
  • Less than 10 participants - $255 per participant
