Environmental Sustainability Project Leader


Seeking Environmental Sustainability Leader to support Baby Care. This role includes Scope 3 responsibilities, including collection and quality review of supplier Scope 3 and Life Cycle information submissions for Baby Care reporting and analyses.


Qualifications


  • Strong initiative, follow-through, and attention to detail needed to ensure all elements required for GPS sustainability are obtained in a timely manner.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing business priorities, ability to communicate swiftly to team members when a change in direction is needed.
  • Ability to develop and communicate technical positions to multi-functional teams with business and technical audiences in a clear and concise manner. Ideally the candidate should have a proven record in leveraging technical mastery.
  • Strong collaboration and communication. Ability to explain overall GPS sustainability programs and requirements to multi-functional teams in a clear and concise manner is necessary.
  • MS or BS in an Environmental Science and Engineering or Material Science and Engineering is preferred. Experience with Life Cycle Analysis is desired, but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally.
