Job Summary: Our Entry-Level Psychology Technicians will work as Behavior Technicians to provide 1-on-1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to early learners with autism.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Implement BCBA-developed treatment plans that are unique to each child
  • Collect and track data to monitor client progress through Central Reach using a tablet
  • Maintain strict client confidentiality according to HIPAA protocol
  • Report client progress to the BCBA and assist in updating goals as necessary
  • Assist the BCBA with training families on treatment plan implementation
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-center
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and attend team meetings as scheduled
  • Maintain open communication with families and clinical team to ensure the most effective treatment and goals


Experiential & Certification Requirements


  • Must submit to a federal and state background check
  • RBT Certification (or willingness to complete training and exam within the first 90 days)
  • Experience working with children required (nanny, teacher, camp counselor, etc.); experience working with children with special needs and/or developmental delays preferred
  • BLS Certification (or willingness to complete training and exam upon hire)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to be on-site from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, early childhood education, or related field preferred


Physical Requirements


  • Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, run, squat or stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds

Position: Environmental Engineer / Project Manager
As a key player at BLE, you'll be responsible for leading the development, management, and execution of diverse environmental projects. Your role will encompass a variety of engaging tasks, including client interaction, compliance and permitting, solution studies, regulatory negotiations, design efforts, and project/program management. What You'll Do
Lead with Impact: Foster strong client relationships by understanding their expectations and needs, and oversee project direction and management.
Strategize and Execute: Take charge of planning, cost development, scheduling, and execution of engineering and consulting efforts, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Team Coordination: Supervise and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.
Technical Expertise: Prepare and submit technical documents to clients on subjects ranging from design to operations, showcasing your expertise.
Qualifications We're Looking For
Regulatory Insight: Direct or working knowledge of regulations related to hazardous waste, solid waste, water/wastewater, air quality, and environmental management programs (ISO experience is a plus).
Experience Matters: A minimum of 10 years' experience in environmental engineering, compliance, or management is required.
Educational Foundation: A BS in Environmental Engineering or related field (with applicable experience), and an MS in Environmental Engineering or related field (a plus).
Professional Edge: PE or appropriate professional registration is preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word & Excel) is essential.
Independent Drive: Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously or leading a project team.
Effective Communicator: Strong interpersonal, listening, writing, and communication skills.
