Pearl Painters is currently hiring for a full-time Entry-Level Painter to improve their skills while working with our experienced team of painters in the Portland, OR area. This residential painting position earns a competitive starting wage of $18.00 an hour, with the opportunity for quick growth, plus bonuses.

DAY-TO-DAY

As an Entry-Level Painter, you ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to here at Pearl Painters. You go into the field with experienced painters and assist in completing interior and exterior residential painting jobs. While being their helper, they train you on everything from how to properly use equipment to how to professionally interact with our clients. Because you're a hard worker, you do whatever is asked of you and pay close attention to what you're being taught. You enjoy expanding your knowledge and love being part of a successful and cohesive team!
