Some of the skills you will learn include standard construction practices, welding, steel fabrication of all types, equipment operation, masonry fastening, electrical control wiring, and electrical set-up of highly specialized doors.

Job responsibilities/essential functions:

• Professionally communicate and interface with our clients
• Use of and/or assist with instruments for precise installation
• Perform and/or supervise installation and service
• Monitor safety and daily work activity
• Attend weekly progress meetings with the president
• Non CDL truck driving

Education/Training Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Ability to pass a government security clearance test
• Basic knowledge of hand/power tools required
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening

Working Conditions/Physical Factors:

• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds from ground level to waist level, and up to 30 pounds to above shoulder level
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, crawl, and climb ladders
• Work outdoors in wet, muddy, cold, hot, and humid weather
• Continuous standing/walking

Salary: $18-$20 per hour

• Our work includes military, government, and institutional projects with prevailing wage rates.

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday 7 AM to 5 PM
• Friday 7 AM to 4 PM
