Job Description
Sportsman Boats is looking for a Warehouse Associate for an entry level role starting off as a material kit picker. You will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of warehouse processes and positions. If you are detail oriented and a bit of a perfectionist, you may be a great fit!


We treat employees like family, pay well, and offer a full benefit package including $500 quarterly production bonuses and 10 days paid time off!


What you will do:


  • Package or kit finished product for shipping
  • Weights or counts items for distribution
  • Locate, pull, and place parts in bins to be distributed throughout the plant
  • Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information


The ideal candidate:


  • Will care and take pride in doing a great job
  • Be detail oriented
  • Be responsible and come to work on time every day
  • Have 1-2 years experience in a warehouse setting; however, will train the right candidate
