Entry Level / Operations Coordinator (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with performance management and employee relations issues
• Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
• Onboard new employees and coordinate orientation and training programs
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
• Coordinate and participate in HR projects and initiatives
• Manage employee benefits, including enrollment and administration
• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
