We provide innovative marketing campaigns for national brands in the Scottsdale area. We are now accepting applications for an Assistant Manager Trainee to grow our business.

This is an Entry Level position to start, with growth into management and will focus on customer acquisition and customer retention. The Entry Level Manager will assist with organizing our sales team and reporting back to the Executive Account Manager. The Entry Level Manager will receive hands-on training on all customer acquisition, sales and marketing techniques, brand management strategies, territory management, and compliance standards as well as coaching, mentoring, and career development.

Entry Level Manager Responsibilities:

• Facilitate consumer to brand connections by interacting with consumers on-site to answer questions and explain client product/service features
• Assist the manager with any day to day administrative support as required
• Perform customer follow ups and ensure consumer satisfaction
• Assist in connecting customers as qualified leads to senior sales consultants
• Assist in the execution of marketing strategies for each client with lead generation and promotions
