Summary -

Maintains and repairs physical structures of building and maintains ground be performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities –

• Coordinate schedules with contractors
• Troubleshoot and repair minor maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing and equipment repair or replacement
• Maintain good visual appearance of the facility – interior and exterior.
• Other duties as assigned
• Monitor all process test water including monthly quality testing and visual inspection
• Replace worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, belts, etc
• Operating snow removal equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks
• Perform all scheduled maintenance as established in maintenance logs
• Moves and set up workstations/offices

Qualifications -

High School Diploma

6+ of Building Maintenance and 6+ months of Warehouse Experience
