Entry Level Machine Operator Details

• Read specified measuring instruments including but not limited to tape measure, micrometer, etc.
• Operate basic productivity equipment.
• Load and unload machines, conveyors, pallets or automatic lines.
• Performs minor set-up adjustments and preventative maintenance as required.
• Move materials and/or parts between workstations.
• May perform necessary rework and minor repairs.
• $ 17.00 / hour
• May be required to input basic data into production machinery.
• Must keep accurate counts of production parts.
• Second Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:00pm to 05:00am )
• Receives team and continuous process improvement training and participates on project teams required.
• Temp-to-Hire position
• Full Time work available
• Produce to established standards and conduct simple quality inspections.

Entry Level Machine Operator Qualifications

• The ability to add, subtract, multiply or divide. Determine the number of individual things in a unit or group.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
• Medium heavy lifting 85 lbs. maximum, with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects up to 40 lbs. 67 - 100% of the time.
• Ability to stand on concrete floors for an extended period of time.
• A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire. We will consider your age at the time of the offense, when the offense occurred, the seriousness and the nature of the offense, as well as any rehabilitation to determine your employability.
