- Willing to dedicate 45-50 hours per week to this position
- Able to work independently regularly with little to no oversight

- Experience in an outside sales position is a plus
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
- Proven work experience in customer service, sales, training or similar role
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
- Excellent organizational skills
- Virtual classroom training as well as hands-on sales training in your territory
- Excellent ongoing professional development, advanced sales training, and leadership training

- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience.
