Entry Level - Administrative Assistant (Remote)

This individual will add value by providing support to several senior business leaders and their teams. If you are a self-directed individual who also enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a transformative team, then this is the job for you.
What You Will Do

• Provide general administrative support to senior leaders as needed.
• Manage the executives daily calendar; schedule meetings and confirm appointments
• Coordinate and book the executives hotel and travel.
• Communicate/work with employees to ensure deadlines on deliverables are met.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Proven capability to adapt to and quickly learn new systems.
• Experience as an administrative assistant/executive assistant.
• Experience in organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills to effectively manage multiple tasks.
