Enterprise Resources Planning Project Manager

Overview:

As Hoxton Circle, we're partnering up with an industry leading cosmetics & fragrance manufacturing/distribution company that overtakes operations from A to Z for all cosmetics and fragrance products for luxury along with everyday brands that you might already being using everyday. We're searching for an analytical ERP Systems/Financial Systems Manager to lead the company's transition to Microsoft 365/Business Central along with managing various exciting projects while working cross functionally with the Finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Gather project requirements and develop plans based on business needs.

▪ Present project goals, providing progress and result reports to management and leadership.

▪ Maintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reports.

▪ Coordinate project team members; develop schedules and delegate individual responsibilities.

▪ Assist with Stakeholder management and communications.

▪ Implement IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

▪ Create and maintain project documentation and training materials.

▪ Onboard/train new employees on major systems (E.g. D365, SlimStock, etc.)

▪ Set up product demos and training.

▪ Present ROI calculations.

Key Qualifications:

▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

▪ Strong ERP knowledge (specifically Microsoft Business Central) is required. Microsoft D365, NetSuite, and Great Plains are a plus.

▪ Must have ERP user training and support experience.
