Job Description

Position Overview:

Siemens Digital Industries Software seeks an experienced technical program manager with strong background in integration architecture. In this role, you will be the lead technical resource in establishing a two-way business systems interlock between Digital Industries Software and its parent division, Siemens Digital Industries. You will work in a collaborative environment as part of a larger Digital Platforms team responsible for delivering customer-facing applications and back-end services to support them. You will work hand-in-hand with the Product Manager and development teams to deliver on program goals within established deadlines and with high quality deliverables that meet the business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with PMO, business and development teams
  • Attend regular collaboration meetings with colleagues in Siemens DI, mostly located in the EU
  • Interact daily with product manager and development team lead to establish and prioritize a product backlog
  • Provide primary subject matter expertise on the systems landscape within Siemens DI and DI SW, as well as the integration components deployed on both ends

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Mastery of service oriented architecture, microservices, and federation patterns
  • Ability to align technology strategy with business goals
  • Ability to coordinate, advise and guide specialized development teams
  • Strong expertise in enterprise architecture principles, frameworks and methodologies for mapping out the architecture of the new combined organization
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in computer science or related, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in team management for interoperability of enterprise data platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to work with existing IT landscapes, evaluate business and technical requirements, and seamlessly align or integrate new solutions by collaborating with different teams and negotiating solutions that align with the overarching business objectives.
  • Experience integrating technology systems, data and processes from different organizations

The salary range for this position is $136,700 to $246,100USD and this role is eligible to earn another 5-8% in variable pay. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
