Your Impact:

The mission of the Jacobs Lone Wolf Team is to support, operate, and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network - Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES). The DCIN-TS ES is a DoD provided, TS/SCI, integrated voice, video, and data, global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff.


Candidates are expected to have a strong work ethic and possess the ability to work as a critical member of a team in pursuit of mission objectives and in support of our customers. We value candidates who are detail-oriented while also being able to think and react quickly to emerging and unique problem sets. To be successful in this role, you'll be able to rapidly adapt and learn how to operate the front and back end of new products and processes.


Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of the Enterprise Architect include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Catalog, develop, coordinate, communicate, maintain, and enforce overall enterprise architecture implementation.
  • Provide process and business analysis.
  • Ensure the IT strategy is aligned with the organization mission and goals.
  • Provide various artifacts for presentations and decision support.
  • Support acquisitions, lifecycle strategies, project development, requirements development, CONOPS, and SOP development.
  • Create artifacts based on organizational/leadership needs and to fulfill architecture requirements set by DoD/DISA policies and the industry best practices.
  • Function as knowledge steward to various stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Must have practical knowledge of DoDAF, FEAF, or UAF
  • Experience and understanding of network configuration management, data-voice-video services, and COMSEC equipment
  • Experience working with graphic visualization tools such as Visio, net TI-EP2Terrain, and SolarWinds
  • Experience leveraging critical thinking skills for rapidly shifting environment while maintaining attention to detail in a multi-project work environment with frequent interruptions
  • Demonstrated and excellent working knowledge in data communications, ethernet, TCP/IP, fiber optics, video teleconferencing, and cryptographic equipment
  • Ability to work independently with little guidance or direction with ambiguous suspense dates as well as ability to work as part of a team with precise objectives and clear end states
  • Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to work and communicate effectively with senior management and engineering teams
  • Must be capable of working under tight timelines with minimal oversight, individually or as part of a team, while managing various priorities and deliverables
  • Must be able to exercise mature judgment and make independent decisions in accordance with established policies, rules, and procedures
  • Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek onsite, normally Monday through Friday
  • Must be available to work overtime during critical peaks as well as to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation arise
  • Must be willing to travel as needed
