Qualifications:

• Applicants must have a Master’s degree or a Master’s degree in progress.
• The ideal Test Preparation teaching candidate will have at least three years of experience teaching GMAT/GRE/TOFEL/IELTS and will have international experience.
• The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience teaching ESL in academic and/or business settings.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for Executive Teachers: Instructors are expected to use the course book assigned to our executive students but are granted flexibility in order to best meet the students' needs. Lesson plans are developed by the teacher around the course book and supplemental material (if any) and should include activities that address all four skill areas. Hours per week vary from 10 to 20 depending on the type of executive.

Responsibilities for Academic and General Teachers: Instructors are expected to use the course books assigned to each class. Classes include grammar, listening and speaking, reading and writing. Teachers must teach to a pre-written curriculum that is intended to ready students for university. Instructors can expect to work
20-24 hours per week.

Test Prep Teachers: Instructors are expected to structure classes around the course book. Students can pay for private test prep classes or group classes. Hours per week vary depending on the type of class the student takes.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience.
