Englewood Family Seeking Active & Creative Nanny - Asap

Location: Englewood, Colorado

Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm with 40 hours guaranteed each week. The family would love a date night each week, and are happy to provide that schedule in advance.

About the Family:

• No pets live in the home.
• Both Mom and Dad split their time working in and out of the home.
• Two children will be your charges in this role! The oldest is 3.5-years-old and the youngest is almost 2 years old! Mom and Dad love the Montessori approach - so a nanny who is familiar with this hands-on and nature-focused philosophy is important.

About the Job:

• This family is open to a nanny or nanny manager. All standard Nanny Manager duties including family laundry, dinner prep for the family, monitoring the children’s developmental responsibilities, and keeping the home organized and tidy.
• Driving requirements-mileage reimbursement offered
• All standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of PTO, paid major holidays and guaranteed hours are being offered
• Standard vaccinations required.

The Ideal Candidate: A nanny who values the kindness, empathy, and education that Montessori teachings embody will be this family’s ideal match. Mom and Dad request no screen time in the home (sans updates and pictures!), as they are searching for a Nanny Manager who is fully present in the day’s activities. These parents are focused on raising good little humans, and a teammate who can nurture that will be valued for years to come.

Rate of Pay (Gross): $26-$32/hour
