Engineer I – Houston, TX ($70k – $80k DOE)

This pioneer company in Medical Device is looking to support and promote a talented Engineer I who will contribute to device design and development processes . The ideal professional will have experience with CAD design and small component assembly (preferably in a cleanroom) as well as eagerness to join and contribute to a tight knit, mutually supportive community of skilled experts.

What You’ll Do

• Fabricate and integrate small objects under a microscope as part of the process
• Follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures to assemble and inspect guidewires
• Contribute to device design and development process
• Perform mechanical and electrical integration of guidewires

Who You Are

• Must have experience with CAD drawings
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Experience in an R&D or manufacturing environment (internship experience ok).
• Medical device experience is a plus.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
