The Emergency Room RN will provide direct patient care while working as a team with fellow department RNs, CNAs, and Techs. The Emergency Room RN will collaborate with Providers in the Emergency Room and across other disciplines to ensure the superior and safe delivery of patient care services. The Emergency Room RN will access patients, plan care, and implement and evaluate the care plan in accordance with hospital nursing protocols and standards of care.
