Elementary School Teacher Jobs

There is an opportunity for someone interested in teaching in Chicago on the South side in a Chicago Public School. We are looking to add a dynamic 3rd-5th grade teacher to our team. We are a small school with a BIG heart. We would like to hire someone before the next school year begins (August 21st, 2023), so that the students have a smooth transition into the year. The school has a strong focus on individualized learning for students. Small group instruction is the thriving point where we see significant growth in our scholars and hope to find someone who is either knowledgeable or willing to learn about this teaching model. I'd also like to add that you will inherit a classroom filled with materials, a supporting admin team and a school family.

Salary: Bachelor's degree- $61,990

Master's degree- $66,284 (both shown are for first-year teachers, salary increases with the years of experience you have, also salary shown does not account for the health benefits you will receive as well)
