About The Opportunity


WOS is supporting CNH Industrial's search for a motivated Electronics Technician. CNH Industrial is a world-class equipment and services company that sustainably advances the noble work of agriculture and construction workers.


Candidate Profile


  • 2‐year electronic degree and/or 5 years’ experience in PLC industrial maintenance
  • High School diploma or Equivalent (GED).
  • Available to work full-time
Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical/mechanical repairs and PM’s to equipment in an expeditious manner.
  • Fabrication equipment
  • Paint Wash
  • Communicate repair parts requirements or other skills required for repair regarding breakdowns, to parts planner and supervisor.
  • Identify problems with equipment using verbal and written instructions.
  • Giddings & Lewis
  • Paint System
  • Actively perform work to ensure Continuous Improvement criteria is met as outlined.
  • Power and Free
  • Allen Bradley
  • Messer plasma cutter
  • Replace, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical components on PLC equipment.
  • Lasers
  • Must be able to operate forklift and other wheeled vehicles in the department
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Maintain PLC equipment for fabrication, machining, paint and assembly will consist of, but is not limited to:
  • Mazak
  • Haas
  • Toyoda
  • Calibrate equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
  • CNC machine centers
  • Whitney punch & plasma machine centers
  • Tests, repair, replace and maintain faulty equipment and applies knowledge of functional operation of electronic controls, components, circuits and safety light systems to locate defects using oscilloscopes, signal generators, ammeters and voltmeters including but not limited to:
  • All powered Tow Lines
  • Paint Oven
  • Blast equipment
  • Document resolution and parts used for repair and input to proper file and/or computer.
  • Control Systems
  • Maintain and repair fabrication, machining and assembly line equipment.
  • Mori Seiki
  • Mitsubishi
  • Fanuc
  • Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled.
  • Assembly
  • Mazatrol
  • Must be able to do major reconditioning of equipment controls as requested.
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to read and comprehend maintenance manuals and schematics.
  • Must be safety conscious.

  • 2‐year electronic degree and/or 5 years’ experience in PLC industrial maintenance

  • Must be able to comprehend and follow verbal instructions.
  • Must have background in electrical and electronic circuitry, etc.
Job Type:
  • Night shift: 4:30PM - 3:00AM
  • Day shift: 6:00AM - 4:30PM

Salary:


  • Night Shift: $35.47/Hour
  • Day Shift: $34.57/Hour
