Reporting to automation engineering, successful candidates will integrate and test various electrical components into emissions and operational surveillance devices. These devices are designed to combine video, audio and gas sensors into a single form factor that can be rapidly deployed to the field. Once deployed, these devices enable remote monitoring of wells and facilities to ensure optimal performance and on-time maintenance or repair.

These individuals will be responsible for:

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or Science based bachelor’s programs.
• Must have a graduation date of 01/01/24 or before.
• Desire to pursue career in Oil and Gas industry.
• Managing inventory of components and devices

• Integration of electrical components into a single Audio, Visual, and Methane Detection sensor
• Soldering and Testing Components and Devices
• Assembly of devices and associated components

Qualifications:

• Part-time position able to work up to 25/hrs a week.
• Pursuing a degree associate or bachelor’s degree
• Maintain minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale pursing a bachelor’s degree or 2.5 on a 4.0 scale pursing an associate degree.
• Desire to pursue career in the Oil and Gas industry.

Desired Qualification (listed in order of priority):

• Basic Understanding of Electronics
• Experience using Oscilloscope and Multi-Meter
• Soldering & Cable Construction
