- Replace electrical motors, motor contactors, fuses, breakers.

- On-site position and not Remote
- Ability to complete general Production Facility duties such as clearing debris, installing product racking, and other 5S initiatives.
- Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V.
- Prepare and maintain records detailing inspections, observations, and repairs on all equipment.
- Rebuild/Replace Hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, accumulators, and hoses.
- No Sponsorships, transfers, OPT, or visa sponsorships.
- Consult equipment manuals, schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and engineering personnel in order to efficiently troubleshoot and solve equipment problems.

- Demonstrate strong skills Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Electrical system principles.
- Fabricate simple equipment designs to support Operations and repair equipment.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Troubleshoot/Repair facility and equipment pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot large hydraulic and mechanical systems to find and repair hydraulic leaks.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues causing equipment failures.
- Fulfill the financial control and risk management responsibilities inherent in the position.
- Conduct yourself in accordance with the Company code of ethics policy at all times.
- Mechanical Systems - Demonstrates good working knowledge of general mechanical systems and how to troubleshoot those systems.
- Equipment Preventative Maintenance - Monitoring gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
- Quality Control Analysis - Conducting tests and inspections of equipment, products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
- Hydraulic Systems - Demonstrates good working knowledge of how hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, and accessory equipment works to generate desired equipment movement.
- Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
- Troubleshooting - Demonstrate an ability to determine why equipment failed and make the necessary repairs to return equipment to Operations.
- Basic functions of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication - Ability to communicate technical information effectively and comfortably to others inside and outside of the Maintenance Department.
- Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Electrical Systems - Demonstrates expertise in industrial controls, electrical systems and how to troubleshoot those systems.
- Production and Processing - General knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

- Two-year degree in a related field of electricity or electronics or,
- At least seven (7) years work experience as an Electronics Technician or Maintenance Electrician in an industrial environment with automated equipment.
- 3+ years of experience working in at least one of these specialty areas: Hydraulic Systems, CNC Machines, Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems, Welding or Facilities/General Maintenance.
- Occasionally required lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Continuously required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Occasionally required to sit.

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Associates or better in Electronics
- High School Diploma or better
- Technical/other training or better in Electronics
