Job Description
Job Summary
  • Oversees all billing, proposals, estimates, and orders for schools & districts
General Accountabilities
  • Places orders for teachers excluding music
  • Works with the music librarian on music orders and newly released music for teachers
  • Works some weekend events
  • Organizes and sends paperwork to schools/districts: estimates, proposals, invoices, work orders, and special orders; 30-day statements or more for unpaid invoices
  • Works multiple rental meetings for schools in the Spring and Fall
  • Works with Joyce on preparing instrument proposals and bids for schools/teachers/districts
  • Enters & sends school repair estimates
  • Creates & tracks repair tickets, school proposals, and school orders
