- Education management. - Ensure onboarding process is being followed and completed with each new hire.
- Monitor and evaluate work of Supervising Teachers, Center Directors, and others as needed; ensure they are meeting requirements.
- Conduct interviews and complete hiring processes.
- Ensure classrooms/sites are in compliance with HS/EHS/ECEAP/WAC requirements.
- Assign, coordinate, supervise, monitor, and evaluate the work of staff.
- Coordinate meetings and trainings.
- Conduct regularly scheduled site visits and as needed.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized staff professional development plans.
- Complete performance appraisals, including introductory appraisals.
- Conduct individual, monthly, supervision meetings with staff.
- Support site staffing as needed.
- Provide training and guidance.
