E-Commerce Customer Service Associate

Experience: This position offers paid training but requires basic computer and internet skills.

Compensation: Competitive wages offered – based on experience and up to $45K.

Duties Include: The following is a general, but not fully inclusive, list of basic daily/weekly job duties and functions:

• Direct Customer Service: Excellent verbal and written communication. Monitor, maintain and respond to email inquiries and communications with customers in a friendly, prompt manner.
• Assessment and Feedback: Provide management with honest, accurate and beneficial feedback related to improving all parts of the operation.
• Online Storefront: Assist with maintaining the online storefront including adding products, updating products to include updating tech sheets and product information and monitoring inventory levels. Monitor stock levels of packing items needed for shipping.
• Fulfillment Duties: Receive and review online orders. Generate shipping labels. Prepare and pack orders for shipping. Coordinate with carrier for daily order pick-ups. Follow up on damaged shipment claims.
• Workspace: Maintain a clean, orderly and safe warehouse and office space.
• Administrative Tasks: Proficient with email and updating website. Assist management with basic reports related to inventory and supplies. Respond to inner-company communications in a prompt and efficient manner. Generate monthly sales reports. Provide invoices to wholesale customers. File all invoices.

Days: This job is primarily Monday through Friday with certain limited changes based on special events and unique circumstances.

Hours: This job is primarily 8 am to 4 pm with certain limited changes based on special events and unique circumstances.

Benefits: Eligible for health insurance and vacation pay (subject to company policies).

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to bend and lift 50 pounds
• Able to operate a forklift.
• Work from a standing, moving position 4-6 hours per shift
