The Teacher is responsible for the promotion of activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth needed for early childhood development and ensuring the highest standard of care are met for children in line with agency, local, state, and national standards. The Teacher position requires the individual to participate as a transdisciplinary team member in the promotion of activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth needed for early childhood development and is responsible for instruction, management, oversight, and on-going development of programs operated by Imua Family Services. About The Role


The Crisis and Emergency Response Advisor is the subject matter expert and coordinator for the provision of crisis and emergency services planning, security oversight and training and coordination at Alaska locations. The position is responsible for emergency response contractor support (ACS, and ICS and Security contractors) and training (including CEIM and ICS) and support during emergencies and drills.


Key Accountabilities


  • Promote and lead in the implementation of Santos Ltd policies and procedures, including emergency response, security, safety, health, environment, process, people and planning
  • Advise the VP HSES on emergency response and security budget needs.
  • Provide technical support to all Santos Alaska departments in relation to emergency preparedness and management and oil spill response.
  • Contract representative for the delivery of security services.
  • Maintain relationships with corporate emergency management staff and ensure alignment with SMS standards and systems.
  • Coordinate ICS and emergency response drills and training for oil spill, business continuity, site evacuation (Anchorage). Maintain emergency management systems.
  • Provide training for Santos Alaska and contractor personnel aligned with the ICS framework, regulatory requirements and corporate standards.
  • Maintain crisis, emergency and oil spill response plans for office, field and maritime operations. Support business continuity planning and response.
  • Represent Santos at the Alaska Clean Seas Operations Review Team, North Slope peer companies and other external emergency response organizations.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Management of personnel and team building

  • Direct experience working in Alaska (Slope).

  • Program planning, budgeting and performance monitoring;
  • Degree and/or certification in emergency response, business continuity or similar.

  • Monitoring, Evaluation and Auditing;
  • Leadership & management;
  • North Slope oil and gas experience and working knowledge of Arctic environments.
  • Experience developing and implementing management and compliance programs.
  • Emergency response management >5 years.
