Drywall Foreman - New Construction - 90K To 110K

As the Drywall Foreman, you will lead our efforts to build a Drywall division. You play an integral role in creating the quality apartments for our residents to call home for years to come. You will be in charge of a team responsible for drywall, tape, texture and paint.
Responsibilities

• Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes
• Create and enforce employee schedules and construction timelines
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees
• Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectify job site hazards
• Consult blueprints, designs, and client instructions to develop construction plans for your team
• Ensure all job reports, and documents are submitted correctly and on time
• Direct activities concerned with production

Requirements

• Must be detail oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities, and proven leadership skills
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have a good understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and blueprint reading
• Proven experience in drywall installation and finishing
• The ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman (or equivalent)
