As a Driver Non-CDL you are responsible for operating a company or rental panel van or truck to pick up and deliver product and fulfill customer order.

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive to designated delivery locations in compliance with all defined regulations and maintaining security of load.
  • Assist warehouse staff, manager, and others to prepare loads, maintain documentation, and clean warehouse.
  • Receive and ship freight from warehouse using approved carriers, such as, but not limited to, Fed-Ex, UPS, etc.
  • Work from contracts, cross rental forms, equipment return forms, vehicle inspection lists, reply memoranda, driver logs, and other similar documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation of loads in warehouse as required. Load truck to ensure proper positioning of product and secure load to avoid shifting or damage in transit.


To be a successful Driver Non-CDL, you must meet the following:

  • Working knowledge and understanding of Motor Carrier Safety regulations / DOT guidelines.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Knowledge of local major and minor roadways and the ability to effectively use maps and directions for efficient delivery routing.
  • 2-3 years clean commercial driving record (G.V.W. 26,000lbs or less).

Base Salary Range: $21.75/hr - $32.25/hr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
