POSITION AT A GLANCE:

  • Schedule - Monday thru Friday with a possibilty of some weekends/start time 5:00am
  • Basic Requirements - Will need a Medical Card and clean MVR

Behind the wheel of every shiny red Coca-Cola truck is a professional driver with a mission to deliver the greatest beverage brands with exceptional customer service. At Coke Northeast, our drivers play a vital part in making sure all of our iconic Coca-Cola products get to our local stores, restaurants, cafeterias or vending machines on time and in full.
The Non CDL Truck Drivers are responsible for efficiently delivering product to customers in a courteous, professional, compliant, safe and timely manner. In this role, the Non CDL Truck Drivers are also responsible for stocking product on shelves and in coolers while ensuring that appropriate rotation standards are maintained. Finally, as with all our drivers, the Non CDL Truck Drivers serve as an ambassador of our company and the world’s most recognized brands. Starting rate of pay is $22.50.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver products to customers on assigned routes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
  • Invoice and collect amounts due; settle accounts daily
  • Pick up company property and returns
  • Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards
  • Provide superior customer service and foster relationships with store management and personnel
  • Move, lift and load product and company property


Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
  • Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis
  • 1-3 years of general work experience required
  • Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising, retail management and/or customer service experience preferred
  • 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred
  • Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
  • Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
