What you will do:
  • Break down and sort freight, film and magazines for shipping to customer distribution centers
  • Check newspaper, supplements and magazine bundles for accurate count on truck loads
  • Makes delivery of freight and magazines when needed
  • Ability to drive a straight-shift transmission truck, weighing up to 33,000 pounds
  • Responsible for efficient and accurate delivery of the newspaper and supplements in the market
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Break down and sort magazines, film and supplies as needed to ship to various statewide customer distribution centers
  • Drives a straight shift transmission truck, weighing up to 33,000 pounds
  • Practices defensive driving skills and maintains a safe-driving record
  • Responsible for efficient and accurate delivery of the newspaper and supplements in the market
What you will bring:
  • Valid commercial class "B" drivers license
  • The minimum number of years in applicable industry
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack
  • Must have a valid commercial class "B" drivers license
  • Ability to work with a variety of people
  • Must demonstrate sensitivity to customer satisfaction
  • Must possess basic math aptitude, communication and organization skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
